Missing base. Used electrical tape on back panel to black out label. Comes with power supply. The functionality of this device is very convenient.

When coupled with a production view switcher, you can operate switching and camera presets by touching photos of the view. This does not affect functionality. Comes with correct serial cable. Unfortunately when I try to remove the electrical tape it also pulls face of label off.
