The touch function is working. This tv does not have smart features - you cannot download apps directly on the however, with an input source such as fire stick connected, can stream movies and shows. We did not test every single port on the monitor due to lack of necessary equipment. The picture is mostly good; there a flaw, possibly back light issue, but we couldn't even see it on most images, its visible white backgrounds.
