Not sure if its from age/ dirty or it was used at one point. May be new as the accessories are sealed the product is a vintage Packard bell PB8537SVGA 14 vga crt monitor with resolution of 1024x768. It is being sold untested in its original box. Don't have anything to connect with test thought it was new in box originally as wrapped plastic but seems yellowish marks so I took out of the take better pictures.
